This Refund Policy describes the terms under which Optimal Intellect, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides refunds for the Moreau software and related services (the “Service”). This policy applies to all paid subscriptions and purchases.

1. SUBSCRIPTION AND BILLING

Paid subscriptions to the Service are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) according to the plan you select. You authorize us to charge your designated payment method at the beginning of each billing period. All fees are quoted in U.S. dollars unless otherwise specified.

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days and will be returned to the original payment method.

5. CANCELLATION

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access to paid features will continue through the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation, but fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable (subject to the eligibility criteria above).

6. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
